We manage all types of bathroom, wet room, shower room and en-suite installations at properties throughout Lancashire.
Our aim is that every step of your new bathroom installation process will be hassle-free
Request a free survey, we will then contact you to arrange a suitable time for the free survey.
On the agreed day and time, we will survey the room and discuss your requirements and the feasibility.
If you already have plans we will provide a labour only quote, otherwise we can recommend a supplier to get a design, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure their design will work with the available space.
For some plans, we can go direct to our suppliers and come up with a supply quote and a labour quote, advising you to go and pick your own tiles from your preferred supplier.
We will provide the detailed quote for the chosen option, either

If the quotation is accepted, we will discuss and give a week commencing date for the work, closer to the time we will be in contact with the exact date.
On the agreed start date, we will protect all the carpets and floors from the entrance to the bathroom and arrange for the disposal of waste.
The installation is broken down into three stages
First fix – we will clear the room, make good the walls and floor, installing all the pipework and electrical cables
Tiling – we will tile the room and get the ceiling and floor installed
Second fix – We will fit all the fixtures and fittings, sealing everything up and cleaning down. We will then show you have everything works.
We will leave any paperwork that comes with the products for you to fill out for warranties or file away.
Once the job is complete and you are happy, we will have the skip taken away and issue an invoice a few days later, we offer a one year workmanship guarantee.
