This includes collecting your address, to ensure you fall within our catchment area and better organise when one off our engineers will be in the area.
In certain situations we can collect and process data with your consent, for example with a checkbox to opt-in for email newsletters, or with our quick email newsletter signup we use a double verification method, in which you will receive an email with a link to confirm you wish to sign up to our newsletters.
When do you collect personal data from me?
We only collect data when you interact and submit your data to us, this includes:-
- When you submit a quick quote enquiry
- When you submit a request a service enquiry
- When you submit a request a survey enquiry
- When you submit a request for a quote for a boiler on finance
- When you contact us via online forms, such as ask a question, contact us, or send us an email, we will only collect this information to process your enquiry, the data is then deleted when the enquire has been completed.
