A gas safety certificate is a legal requirement if you have any gas appliances in your rental property, these need to be renewed every year, otherwise you risk a fine.
At APG, our engineers are qualified to issue the Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (LGSC) and if necessary service the appliance first. We will send you an annual advance reminder and will liaise directly with the tenant on your behalf to arrange the annual inspection and if needed, quote for any required remedial work.
