  Rang Mel at APG at 4;50pm yesterday. She made an appointmet for today for 8am. Josh turned up exactlctlly on time.He is a very pleasant and competant young man . After dxplaining my problem , he spent  the time in a very methodical and professional way sorting things out.He made a real effort to inform me of what he was doing and why.
